Delivery Schedule For Printing Products
At WANPRINT we know just how important it is in making sure that every printed product is delivered intact and on time. That’s why we dispatch all orders using next day courier. Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.
The completion time of your order consists of order day, process day and delivery day. The respectively valid process day can be found on each product page.
Standard production: process days* – your order, artwork ready for printing and payment have to be with us until 5pm from Monday to Friday and 12pm for Saturday
Rush Order production: 1 day earlier for standard production/ working days* – your order, artwork ready for printing and payment have to be with us until 5pm from Monday to Friday and 12pm for Saturday
Standard delivery: 1-2 working days ( depends on the location of delivery, rural area and Holiday is not same as Kuala Lumpur).
The above mentioned working days is exclusive of Sunday and Public Holiday. As working days count the weekdays.
WANPRINT will do everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us through our official email at email@example.com detailing the damages. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the carousel-item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (received the images of the damaged goods) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible. Any rejected damage good is entitled for refund or reprint , WANPRINT will not be responsible for any other loss by customer.
The surcharge of our courier may vary from time to time, so delivery cost will be charged accordingly without prior notice.
Members will be notified once their items is ready for self-collection. Please be reminded that WANPRINT will NOT be reminding Members more than once. If the goods is not collected within 30 DAYS from the date of “Ready for Pick Up”, the items will be considered expired and our team will dispose them on behalf of the Member. We will not compensate in terms of refund or reprint for the particular order. Members will have to bear the loss on their own.
